You may request Prescriptions online, please visit the surgery and speak to a member of the reception team if you are not already signed up.
Please use your repeat prescription request form, which can either be sent by post or delivered in person during surgery opening hours.
Please tick the right hand side of your repeat prescription with the items required.
All repeat prescriptions ordered will be ready for collection 48 hours later.
Your repeat prescription is your responsibility.
Please note we are not a dispensing Practice.
